Jas Whiting is running a 2 day GRC Dogsports introduction seminar.
The seminar is open to all members of the public from professional dog trainers to pet owners and dog enthusiasts looking to enjoy life with their dog through an internationally recognised canine sport.
Jas is the head trainer of Prime Canine and runs her own GRC club, Prime Canine Sports Club. She is an internationally certified judge for the sport and will judge Cerberus K9 Sporting Clubs first GRC Trial (SR component only). Jas and her dog Jenta was the first Australian to earn 100 points (perfect score) in the sport and is eager to pass on her training knowledge. In addition to being a GRC judge, she is also the only certified female PSA Decoy in Australia. She has trained her own dog and had her meet the standards and qualify as an Assistance Dog.
This seminar is a great opportunity to get involved in the GRC sport, understand training methods suited to the sport, learn some tips and tricks for competition preparation as well as some helpful advice for starting your own club.
Come along, get involved and see what its all about!
